A seminar on how to invest in the USA Real Estate market was presented to a tightely packed crowd of possible investors in Guatemala City. The event, presented at the Westin Camino Real Hotel, was co-sponsored by "La Asociación de Gerentes de Guatemala," a local organization integrated by the CEO's and managers of the rapidly developing nation. Over one hundred investors attended the seminar, claiming to be extremely satisfied with the quality of the information and professionalism of the presentation.

During the seminar, presented by Andre Sabbagh from Century 21 AAA Realty Inc., based in South Florida, several investment options were explained. For example, investors were presented with a choice of opportunities for maximum returns in areas considered as "hot zones." Also offered for consideration were different strategies on how to constitute themselves as investors in order to obtain the most of the available financing and fiscal benefits.

The seminar also included the participation of Nahum Santana from South Broward Mortgage, based in Hollywood, FL and Rodrigo Colindres from GTC Bank in Guatemala. Both of them gave a detailed view on several financing plans originating in USA and Guatemala, respectively, to fund this type ofinvestments.
